We do not have a print catalog available.
We do not have any retail stores, our merchandise is only available online.
Our hours of operation are between 8am - 4:30pm (pst), Mon - Fri.
Your order may take 24 - 48 hours to process and 5 - 10 days to ship depending on your location. We do offer expedited shipping in some circumstances, but you will have to call us for a quote.
If you did not receive your tracking information please send an email to webmaster@crafthobbywholesale.com, with the subject line "Tracking". In the body of the email include your name and the city in which we are shipping to.
We cannot break up any assorted items as they come packaged together.
