Below you will find a list of some of the more common questions that are asked by our customers regarding our operations, or wholesale information. - How do I browse through the wholesale craft store? Top of page
- You can access our wholesale crafts catalog from anywhere on the site. The easiest method is to browse through the navigation on the left side of the page. Any one of those categories (e.g. crafts misc., sewing kits, toys, other supplies) will take you directly to our wholesale crafts catalog. Under the craft hobby wholesale logo you will find the central navigation area. By clicking on one of the tabs it will bring you to a wholesale supplies family page that contains some of the more popular items in our wholesale crafts catalog. Click any of the items on that page and you‘ll be in the wholesale crafts catalog. Once you are in the wholesale crafts catalog you can navigate using the left side navigation. Of course, as a last resort, you can always type what you are looking for in the search tab located on the upper top left corner of the sidebar. You can also start browsing at any one of the following pages.
- What is a shopping cart? Top of page
- An online shopping cart is essentially what it sounds like. It works the same way a craft stores shopping cart would work except you are placing the wholesale items in it by clicking on your mouse. Once you select a wholesale craft item to be added to your total, a shopping cart will appear on the left hand side of the screen. From there you can view your cart, checkout of your cart, or just conveniently keep a tab on how much you are spending. Once you are done browsing through our wholesale crafts catalog and adding the items to the cart you can click on view cart. That will bring you to an overview page where you can add and remove items by the click of a button. If you are a previous customer and just want to checkout, you can click on the checkout button, which will automatically start the checkout process.
- How do I add wholesale crafts items to my shopping cart? Top of page
- When you are in our wholesale crafts catalog just simply click the “add to cart” button that is located underneath the item. This will automatically add the item to your shopping cart. The running total should be calculated in the sidebar on the left hand side of the screen. Make sure you select the amount of items you want before adding to cart. If you accidentally select too many or not enough, click on “view shopping cart” (in the sidebar) and you can update the quantity of items on that page.
- How do I remove wholesale crafts items from my shopping cart? Top of page
- To remove an item in your shopping cart you have to first click on the “view shopping cart” link located in the sidebar on the left hand side of the screen. When you arrive at the shopping cart page you can press the “remove” button and that will remove the corresponding item from your shopping cart.
- How do I change the quantity of certain wholesale craft items in my shopping cart? Top of page
- To change the quantity of any item that has already been placed in your shopping cart you must first make sure you navigate to the shopping cart page. You can do that by selecting the “view shopping cart” link located in the sidebar on the left hand side of the screen. Once you are in the shopping cart page you can see a drop-down box that holds the quantity of items that you selected. Click on the drop-down box and select one of the options below it, and then click the “update” button that is located to the very right of the drop-down box. This should automatically update the quantity you selected.
- Why do I get the error message: “The minimum order without shipping cost is $20.00. Your order total does not yet meet the minimum.” Top of page
- This is because there is a minimum order amount of $20.00. Because you are buying wholesale, at such a low cost, you must meet this requirement. We hope this isn‘t an inconvenience to any of our customers, its just necessary to be able to provide all of our items at their current low cost. - After I am happy with the crafts / supplies in my shopping cart what’s the next step? Top of page
- After you have completed the process of picking out items in our online craft store, adding them to your cart, and revising your cart, the next step is to checkout. You can do this by clicking the button “Checkout”, located at the bottom of the shopping cart page or via the sidebar link on the left hand side of the page. From this point you will have to register, or if you have already registered, log in to the checkout section.
- Why do I have to register? Top of page
- Registration is a vital step in the checkout process. We only ask for basic information because we understand that people don‘t particularly like filling out long online forms. We need this information to be able to reference your order once it has completed, therefore we ask for your name, phone number, and e-mail address. You will use your e-mail address as your log in and whatever password you selected during the registration process. Once you are registered we will automatically send you an e-mail with a reminder of the information for you to file. Though nobody can ever gain access to sensitive information about your account (even with your log-in and password), it‘s important to keep this information in a safe place. Once you register once you never have to do it again. We will never contact you for your password or log in information once you have registered.
- What methods of payment do you accept? Top of page
- We accept MasterCard™, Visa™, American Express™, Discover™, PayPal™, and purchase orders on our online craft store.
- How do I pay my wholesale order with a purchase order? Top of page
- Paying with a purchase order is easy. Just fill out your purchase order form and fax it to us at (310)834-0005. We will call you shortly after to confirm your order.
- How does “free shipping” work? Top of page
- We have a fixed rate shipping policy. We require you order at least $20.00 worth of merchandise. On orders between $20.00 and $49.99 shipping is $10.00. On orders between $50.00 and $99.99 shipping is $15.00. On orders over $100.00 shipping is free. You can review our complete shipping policy here.
- Can I ship to a different address than my billing address? Top of page
- Yes. After you fill out all of your credit card information you will be brought to the Shipping information page. There you can either select your billing address, previous addresses, or a new shipping address.
- What is your return policy on wholesale crafts / supplies? Top of page
- Generally we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The details can be found here by reading our return policy.
- How do I know if my order went through? Top of page
- After you have finished checking out you will be brought to a receipt indicating the items you bought from our craft store, how much you paid, and all the relevant corresponding information. You will also receive a receipt via e-mail once your product is shipped. This e-mail will contain your tracking information and how to obtain real-time tracking data.
- How do I track my order once its been processed? Top of page
- Once your order has been processed and verified you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information included. If you click the link located in the e-mail then you should be able to enter your tracking number into the corresponding fields.
- What is a “discount code” and how do I get one? Top of page
- A discount code provides the customer with benefits such as discounts on merchandise. The code is given out to customers during marketing campaigns and promotions. If you have a discount code you can enter it into the discount code section of the shopping cart page, or you can enter it in on the confirmation page of the checkout process.
- Can I still order wholesale crafts and supplies if I am an International Customer? Top of page
- Unfortunately at this time we cannot process orders that aren't within the boundaries of the 48 contiguous states.
- What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, or the Florida Keys? Top of page
- Due to shipping expenses we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or the Florida Keys.
- I lost my password how do I retrieve it? Top of page
- To retrieve your password, look for the link ¼ of the way down the page on the right hand side that reads “Forget your password?." Click on that link and enter in the e-mail address you used to sign up with. You will then be sent an e-mail giving you the correct password information. It is recommended after you retrieve your password that you change it the next time you log in. This is for security purposes.
- How do I log in? Top of page
- To log in to your account, look for the link about ¼ of the way down the page on the right hand side that reads “log in." This will bring you to a page where you can enter your e-mail address and password to log in. You can also wait to log in until the checkout process. To do this just shop normally then when you checkout you will be prompted to log in or register if you are a first time user.
- How do I change my e-mail address? Top of page
- To change your e-mail address you must log in first by following the instructions here. Once logged in, you should navigate to your account home page (located ¼ of the way down the page on the right hand side). Once there click the option that reads “change my e-mail address”.

- Registering allows Craft hobby wholesale.com to streamline the process of buying. Your shipping information, e-mail address, and other pertinent information will be stored on our server (not including credit card information or other personal information). This means that every time you shop with us we won‘t force you to fill out all the annoying, time consuming, information that most sites force you to fill out.

- Craft hobby wholesale.com is best viewed on monitors with a 1024 x 768 resolution. We also recommend you use any of the modern browsers (Firefox, IE7, Safari, Opera, Netscape 8+), though we have went to great lengths to ensure this site is compatible with many older browsers as well such as IE 5.0, IE 5.5, IE 6.0, etc. The site requires some use of JavaScript so please enable it if you do not already have it enabled (most browsers enable it by default).

- Chances are if you got an error message on your page you have either navigated to a page that doesn‘t exist, typed incorrect information into one of the form fields, or tried visiting a page we thought existed but in reality doesn‘t. If the latter is the case please contact us to help us fix it. Otherwise hit the back button on your browser and re-attempt whatever task you were trying to accomplish.
