Shipping Overview
We at Craft hobby wholesale.com want your online wholesale craft merchandise shopping experience to be pleasant, easy and successful. That being said, we have developed a straightforward shipping policy to simplify the details.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Typically it will take you between 5 - 9 days to receive your orders once they have been processed. Our main warehouse is located in Southern California so order that are shipped to the east coast may take up to 10 days depending on the day the item is shipped (e.g. If you order on a Friday night your order will not be shipped until the following Monday.)
Shipping Terms
- A minimum order of $20.00 is required to fulfill any orders at Craft hobby wholesale.com.
- Most credit card orders are shipped on the same day. Mail or Fax orders (purchase orders) are shipped once payment is received.
- We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Our standard wholesale merchandise shipping rates only apply within the boundaries of the continental United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Florida Keys, or any other area that doesn't meet this requirement then unfortunately your order will not be processed.
- All orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via phone. There is an additional charge for orders requesting a signature.
- In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our office by calling
1(888)CRAFT81 or 1(888)272-3881. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel wholesale craft merchandise orders once they have been shipped.
Shipping Rates
We set standard shipping rates based on average totals supplied by UPS.
- An order of $20.00 - $49.99 is $10.00 shipping
- An order of $50.00 - $99.99 is $15.00 shipping
- An order of $100.00 or more is Free of shipping charges
Tracking your packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your wholesale order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carrier's online website.

Ordering Methods
There are several different ways to order outlined below.
- You can order online with a credit card through a secure area on our site. This is the most popular, the fastest, and the most convenient method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
- You can order online and pay through PayPal™. This way you can pay with your PayPal™ account.
