Wholesale terms
There is a minimum order of $20.00 for every order that is shipped within the boundaries of the continental United States. California residents must pay California state tax on their order. Customers who have a resale license are exempt from paying tax although to receive the exemption they must enter their license number in the appropriate box marked “Resellers permit” during the billing step of the checkout stage.

Placing an order
Orders must be placed by 12pm (PST) to ensure they are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm (PST) risk not being processed and shipped until the following Monday. Please take this into consideration when ordering. Crafthobbywholesale.com is closed on weekend and all major United States holidays. Please plan your ordering accordingly. We use Fed-Ex ground to ship orders.
We can offer availability information at the time of your order. This is the best information we have available based on inventory levels in our computer system. However, there is no guarantee. Computer inventory levels can be inaccurate due to order volume and other factors.
Payment methods
We currently accept Visa™, Mastercard™, Discover™, AMEX™, and PayPal™ as online payment methods. We must have the name that appears on the card, the billing address, and the 3-digit “Security Code” number found on the back of the card in order to process charges. International customers must use PayPal to process an order. International customers are subject to different shipping rates than domestic customers and will be contacted regarding these rates before an order has been shipped.
We do not store all credit card information; therefore, we will need to collect card details with every order. We will preauthorize credit cards before processing your order. Preauthorization reserves adequate funds from your credit limit; but, the card will not actually be charged until your order is processed for shipment. Declined credit cards will delay your order since we will need to contact you to preauthorize an alternate card.
We reserve the right to request signature authorizations and photocopies of cards.
